Nolvadex??

I am currently taking a sust/dbol cycle. Will takin nolvadex at 10mg/day affect my gains and if so just how much? Will less water retention be bad for strength/muscle gain? Thanks.

I would not use it unless you feel or see signs of gyno. Water retention is great, it gives nice strength gains.

I always take 10 - 20mg ED with any Dbol cycle. It does not seem to effect my strenght or size gains but does keep a lot of the excess water and moonface off. I am very prone to the water though and it is really how your body reacts.
