nolva during test/eq cycle?

I´m starting my test enthate 500mg/w and eq 400mg/w next week and i got plenty of nolva and clomid.
I had gyno surgery done 5 months ago, got it from a oral cycle of 40/50mg dbol/winstrol. Still waiting for the lump/scar to go away.
My question is, will I lose a lot of the gains if i take 10mg nolva during the cycle and will it prevent me from getting gyno again?
Don´t wanna wait till I feel the signs, itching nipples etc last time it was too late. and by the way does anyone know how long till the scar tissue under the nipple goes away, the lump feels bigger than when I had gyno?

10mg's should not impact your gains.

I run nolva during all my cycles that have test in them. I have had only good results. Remember it's always better to be safe than sorry later.

did you have part of the breast tissue that forms estro removed or just the hard gyno? if you still have the breast tissue - you can still get gyno, but if you had it removed you don't have to worry about it. but run between 10 and 20 per day or every other day..
