Noble's 2nd cycle log, Finally!

Haven't had much time to post up on here but here goes.
Age; 21
Height; 5'9
Weight; 183lbs
BF; 11%
Target; 198lbs

Diet;
Morning, Oats / All-bran / Whey
Morning 2, Wholemeal bread / Tuna + Cucumber / Fresh fruit juice (small amount) / Walnuts
Lunch, Pasta mixed with beans and vegetables / Boiled eggs
Afternoon, Wholemeal pitta / Grilled boneless chicken / Extra virgin olive oil
Pre-Workout, Jack3d
Post-Workout, High GI Carbs / BCAAs + L-Glut / Whey
Evening, Boiled potatoes / Tuna / Lettuce
Dinner, Beef or Salmon / Lettuce
Night, Casein shake / Almonds / Flax seed oil

Training; 4 days split with 1 day of cardio and 2 rest days

Gear,
Test Enanthate (1-10) @ 500mg/wk

Starting pinning while I was in my cut phase, in the 4th week now and libido has increased like a b***** even though I had a high libido, general wellbeing and euphoric feeling.

Not much in terms or gains of strength as of yet.

Just looking at your diet, it appears a little carb heavy. Is that your goal?
Yeah bro love the feeling on test. Glad you enjoying it too!
Is this your first cycle? Do you have an AI on hand just in case of sides.
If not then you should def get some Aromasin ASAP, also it adds to that feeling of well being and it increases your test just a tad.

Oh and workout:

Legs:
4 sets of barbell squats
3 sets of stiff-legged deadlifts
4 sets of leg press
2 sets of leg curl


Arms:
2 sets of close grip decline press
2 sets of skull crushers
2 sets of overhead cable extensions
2 sets of seated bicep curl
2 sets of rotating preacher curl
1 set of hammer curls


Cardio:
30-40 minutes of steady cardio in the morning


Back:
3 sets of variety grip chin-ups
4 sets of bent over barbell rows
3 sets of machine low rows
3 sets of lat pulldown
2 sets of vertical traction


Chest and shoulders:
4 sets of flat barbell press
4 sets of dumbbell shoulder press
2 sets of incline smith press
2 sets of upright row
2 sets of dumbbell flies
2 sets of lat raises

Cardio only once a week.
Splitting bodyparts so I have enough time to recover between them.
Compound lifts 6-8 reps each set.
Isolation lifts 9-12 reps each set.

damn you must be a hard gainer if you take in 400g carbs during a lean bulk lol. I would bump up the protein intake to 300g and the fats to 100g...you could probably use the extra calories and if you start noticing some fat gain you can always cut back on the carbs

Had reduced carbs to 320 and increased fats to 90. Calories today were ~3300
Workout was great and felt pumped and euphoric feeling for the next 2 hours.
About to have my pre-sleep nutrition and gonna get the rest.
Expecting a lot of DOMS tomorrow :D

Planning on 320g protein as well. Test increases protein synthesis and promotes positive nitrogen balance, resulting in greater protein uptake. Therefore, I increased my intake substantially.
DOMS is crazy but feels good, having my 7th test shot today.

7th shot yesterday, scared the s*** outta me. I aspirated, with no blood and all but some blood was coming out after I did the shot and removed the needle.
This made me dizzy for about 30 seconds and I started sweating, heartbeat was slowing but as soon as I realised this, it sped up and I was fine.
Anyway, im ok now. Needa train abit later today, will let you know how that gets on.

Smart move....make sure ur eating plenty of lean steak. Really packs on the mass, I love bulking lol

Ok you just freaked out a little bit no prob there.
Bro what exactly are your goals?
You do a lot of working out dude, I could never grow on that kind of workout.
I still think your carb heavy but you are changing your numbers so thats good.
 
Im doing 4 days a week and one day cardio.
Workouts are between 45-55 minutes long, very short rest between sets.
I'm starting to feel that my muscles are very tight when I wake up, feels so good.
Had a rest day today, keeping protein around 300-320g mark.
Bodyweight has gone up by ~3lbs in the past week.
Gotta feeling im gonna have a crazy pump tomorrow!

HERE we go!
I increased on my flat bench by 12lbs since my last workout
Feeling more focused
Other lifts also increasing
Pump was greater
Libido is still rocket high
Appetite is up

Conclusion, test has kicked me up my ass :) *good thing obv.

The scale can be deceiving, I try not to pay too much attention to it. The proviron may also be leaning you out its good for that

Weight is very constant arms are overall 1/2 inch bigger than before cycle.
Good signs, lifts also increasing every week.

Ok bro, I agree with junkie.
Your numbers are outstanding bro and you did a dam good job with your weights.
But in order to gain mass you really have to dam near force feed yourself and I mean heavy on the FORCE part.
Both junkie and Steve have discovered how this works and I can tell you foshobro that from now on both of them are gonna go back to the force feeding and the 5x5 countless times in their lives.

Once you find out how to do it for you, you will too.
It really takes a hell of a lot of food (by typical standards) to add muscle mass to your bod.
There is always next time bro.

Ok, some good news. Eating frenzy started last sat.
Im up by 3.5lbs since last week.
Really happy about that :)

Need to gain 10-12 more lbs in the last 4/5 weeks

Crazy shit again.
My forearms are just about 13 inches unpumped.
Usually go to around 13 1/4 when pumped.
Trained today and my forearms were almost 14 inches on the pump.
Oh and I usually weigh less after training, weight was approx. 2lbs higher post workout.
Bent over row increased to 187lbs x 6
:)
Just wonder if I continue this for 4 more weeks and keep eating while using natty PCT, I can even beat my goal.
