You know you can get 10lbs of ON 100% whey for $41 right? That's pennies on the dollar and a great investment.
Anyway, I'm not a fan of mixing milk with PB, unless you're bulking. Ditch the banana and throw in some blueberries or strawberries in the mix. Whatever you do, do not consume this as your PWO shake. Fats and cassein are a big no-no in that window of growth
Im sure a shake would be cheaper than the above ingredients combined lol
u just have to bite the bullet and buy a tub at a time that's all
if i had no money for shakes then i would just go for something like egg whites post traiing, qucikly absorbed
and for the insulin spike maybe some gatorade
Agreed.....although I do think it is possible to make very nice gains w/o suipplements, results will be much better with....AND, the PB needs to bne nixed.......fats slow the absorption....not a great idea............
