No posing pics, but...

These are my progress pics from 2 years ago, and the current being April '04. I will get some posing pics up as soon as I can find someone to take them(with or without my broken hand).

My starting weight was 120-125lbs(not sure on bf%), I am currently 192lbs@12%bf. I was up to 205lbs at the start of this summer, but at 14%bf.

Taken the summer of '02, with the launch of Pepsi Blue and some Dallas Cowboy. LOL, sorry I don't know who he is.

That's an amazing transformation! How old and how tall are you? How did you do it and what got you motivated? How big were your biceps before and after? How was the tat on your arm affected by the growth? (Don't mean to bombard you with questions -- just curious.)
 
That's great bro! You really packed on some quality mass there. Good shit. You should post up your routine and diet plan during that period....I'm sure there are a lot of ectomorph/hardgainers on these boards that could benefit from your experience.

I turned 30years old this year(yea, I look young for my age), and I'm 5'5".

I was always into lifting weights, but after the Army and not working-out because of work, having a son, and having a high metabolism I had lost so much weight. My ex got me a gym membership and I met some guys who showed me how to eat, and train properly.

I'm not sure about my my starting stats, my biceps were probably 12.5"-13", currently they are 17.5" cold. I wish I would have known the gains I would have made, since I probably could have made some cash from it.

My tats were not really affected, the stretch was in proportion. The tat on my left arm is fairly new, I got it as a christmas gift '03. :)

I am definately still an ectomorph and a hard gainer. I will probably always look at myself as being tiny, and anorexic looking.

If I were to say what was the #1 key component besides comitment and dedication would be WATER!

I started with creatine and Twin Lab's Andro Nitrate3 Fuel, as my only supplements(no protein drinks). I was drinking so much water(about 1-2 gallons a day), and I forced myself to eat more.

For the first 10 months(which I gained 50lbs) I ate as much as I could whenever I could. I made sure not to go longer than 3hrs without a meal. I did not worry about carbs, sodium, or protein, I just simply ate.

I noticed that my bf% was getting out of control so I decided I needed to eat cleaner. One of my gym buddies pulled out a diet plan that Lee Haney said he used in a magazine, so I decided to give it a try. At first my proportions were about half of the size he posted, but after my appetite grew I started eating about 2x as much.

I recently broke my hand and my diet as gone to sh*t, but this is how my clean bulking diet looked like. I also need to add that I own 2 portable saw mills and lease them out, so my only job is preparing meals, eating, gym time, and taking care of my son.

6:30am
30 min. cardio

7am
-Nitro-tech protein drink, 1 serving w/ 5gms creatine

8am (meal one)
8-egg omelet(2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites)
1 cup oatmeal(w/syrup or honey)
5oz fruit
water

nap(90 min)

10am
Atkins advantage shake w/ simple carbs, i preffer any fruit

11:30am (Meal two)
2 broiled chicken breasts or steaks or sea food
1 baked potato
spinach
5oz fruit
2 slices of whole-wheat toast w/ jam
water and decaf tea

12pm GYM TIME

2pm(immediately after workout)
ABB Extreme 50gm protein drink(this is the best protein drink IMHO)

2:30pm (Meal three)
1-2 cans of tuna(packed in water)
1 serving of rice(brown or white)
5oz fruit
water

4pm (Meal four)
whole-wheat pancakes w/syrup and sliced bananas and or strawberries
water and decaf tea

6pm(Meal five)
2 broiled chicken breasts or steaks
any veggies
brown rice or brown noodles
5oz fruit
water

8pm (Meal six)
usually any left overs from through out the day

9pm
Nitro-tech protein drink, 1 serving

9:30pm (Meal seven)
1 cup of oatmeal w/honey and strawberries
water

10pm (Bed Time)

I know not to many peeps can eat like this, but if you eat every 2-3 hrs, you will see some big time gains, and without the gear.

Once I hit a plateau at 176lbs(50-56lbs increase at 9-10 months) I started the juice.

I will post my training on another post. I may not post my cycles since I had no clue on what I was doing and I would not want anyone to follow my dumb @ss mistakes. :worried:
 
Awesom bro....I think that'll be useful for a lot of bros. I, on the other hand, am on the other end of the spectrum...I'm like a cross between an endo and mesomorph. Which is wierd because in high school I couldn't gain weight for shit! I've been training seriously for about 3 years with a 9 mo. break around the time my son was born. Now, the muscle packs on fairly easily but so does the fat. Currently I'm cutting down. I want to be down at about 8-10% bf before I start bulking again. Anyways, your transformation still serves as an inspiration for me as well (even if for different results). Just shows through hard work and perserverence that you can achieve the physique you desire.
 
thats fuckin amazing bro, to pack on about 70lbs of pretty lean mass is fucking awesome, I am beggint to put on about 25 in about the same amount of time!!!!

gotta hear your cycle!!!
