Yeah, I just took a look at it. Man, that guy gave me some good info! It just goes to show you, you don't need to shell out $800-$1,000 for GHR or Reverse Hyper machines. All you need is some ingenuity and ALOT of desire. Thanks Lumberg!!
It's a good way except for the lack of toe plate. Pushing with the toes help to get the ham/glute involved more. The only modification that we made when we had to do them on the floor was sticking a box behind our feet and having somebody sit on it so it wouldn't move. It allowed for the push from the toes and made the exercise a lot better.
