So I'm 1 1/12 weeks in to my PCT and I have absolutely no drive to get to the gym at all. I don't know if its due to me crashing or what. My libido is fine its just getting to the gym.
quit being a pussy, and go to the gym.
You know your not on cycle.. so you know your lifts won't be the same, you won't gain as much muscle.. and so on and so on. So whats the point of even working out? Just turn on the TV, open up a container of Ben and Jerries, sit back relax.. and watch all the hard work you put in go down the drain.
change up your music, change up your gym, change up your gym clothes, change up your routine. good music always gets me pumped.

I'm aware of the strength and energy drop. It just never happened to me like this. Its more mental than anything and I know this. Just need some motivation. After posting this and seeing your responses gave me the little push I needed to stop being a bitch. Lol

I know you're aware of it. I meant, from my experience, if I go ahead and get it in my mind that it's about to happen, I can push through it easier. I guess preparing for it mentally
maybe it only makes sense in my warped mind.
drop your weights in half and do fast rep workouts. this will build up your heart and your muscle conditioning.
