Nj

NJ has almost the most cities for a state in the top 100 places to live with 8, CA has 9.

what number did newark get? 2,391?

Great food at Newark I must say, not like the crappy food of NYC!!! My first concern when I think about going to NY is where the fuck will I get some decent meals.

Depends on the type of food you're looking for. You're comparing Newark with NYC????

my boys do fridays and sundays, i djed there 2 months ago on a sunday and again probably in a month or so... The bouncer there now is some big dude that is "part" owner or owner son or something like that, hooked us up with candy ;) and was mad cool everyone there always gets f up including the workers lol

I love the little Brazilian restaurant where they sell you a whole chicken with 2 lbs or rice and fries for like 3 dollars!!!! i eat that whole fucking plate its delicious

Taxes and rent in the city are through the roof, last time I had an enjoyable meal there it was a bunch of appetizers with a lot of carbs... a small portion of quality protein and let me just say the price of it was close to $200. In Newark you can get an over 2lbs USDA aproved PorterHouse steak for $40 with taxes included, or quality live lobster for $15 per pound at some great portuguese and spanish restaurants. Or You can always get the whole chicken for $10 at any BBQ if you want.

The thing is that in NYC restaurants cut back on quality and quantity to make it profitable unless you are willing to pay exorbitant amounts of $ you ain't getting nothing really impressive, in Newark most nice places are there for more than solid 20 years, Don Pepe's (the owner refused the a proposal for filming THE SOPRANOS), Fornos(Bonjovi's used to be a regular when he was in town, Andrea Bocelli was there, Paul Walker etc) , Spanish Tavern their owners swim on millions of dolares they own the city specially before the new mayor, but they still have their strings with the local authorities, I know I work in the business ;)

NYC is a great city I like going there but the food part really disturbs me, maybe I will just start taking a lunchbox with me et voila pas de probleme.

My brazilian candy days are over lol, still sometimes I go to PACHA after hours when I get out of work on Saturdays around 6 am.

Yeah that's what I'm talking about, on Sundays there was always some good music there.

Good food in Newark next time u there go to SPAIN

My boss created that place more than 30 years ago! It's right across the street, I would recommend Spanish Tavern for the food and Fornos has the best variety and the service there it's impecable (that was my first job) :p
