Well, at the beginning when I wasn't sure, I just ate EVERYTHING all the time, until I was close tp puking. Now my diet consists of a lot of OATMEAL and WHEY, milk, weight gainer, anpb, vitamins, efas. I dont eat very much real food (salmon out of the can).
