So my bf% has dropped since ive been on my cycle. Started on the 15th of Feb. prop 75mgs eod began at 12.5%bf got checked today and i am only 10.7%bf starting weight 175 weight right now is 188. I am doing good got my diet in check for the most part some days i just feel not hungry but i have to shove the food down my throat i do get upset when i cant get a meal in. everything is going good weights in the gym are going up everyday it feels like im stronger leaner and getting some striations in my muscles now i fucking love looking at my self in the mirror lmao i know everyone does it. Well just thought that i would share with everyone. Time to go eat some dinner lol. be back later.

So i have been doing well with the 75mgs eod day but i have decided to up it to 100mgs eod its going to shorten the cycle up a little bit but that is fine with me ill be able to recover and get a second cycle in by the end of the year with some dbol and my sus.

the diet is pretty good. I eat pretty clean most of the time. I drink two protein shakes everyday one bf workout and one post workout. I eat 6 meals a day and try to take in at least 50 grams of pretein per meal i try and get most of my protein from my meals solid food its better for you. I eat a good amount of carbs also. I dont have a set meal plan that i eat everyday i try and switch it up everyday so i dont get sick of eating sometime i have to force the food down and i feel im going to get sick lol. Obviously i am doing something right because like i said i started at 175 and i am up to 189 as of today and ive only been on since the 15 of feb no i dont think it is mostly water either im not holding alot my bf has went from 12.5 to 10.7 so im doing good.
