next cycle

im currently on 50 mg dbol a day and 500 mg test a week and im trying to decide on what my next cycle will be. i think i will be going dbol, test, and deca. how long of each and how big of a dosage should i run these at?

1-12 500ui's hcg
14-18 sustain alpha 5 pumps ed for 4 weeks.
