Let me know any thoughts on my next cycle
30 mg Dianabol - methandrostenolone - daily first 5-6wks
500 Test Eth /wk
400 Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - /wk for first 6 weeks
50mg winstol daily for last 6weeks
4 iu's of human growth hormone - somatropin - 5days on/2off (runnin for 6+months)

Should I add/lose anything (T3), change doses, any advice is appreciated, actually adding exemastane as well

Current Stats:
5'9"
165 lbs (lost some weight for various reasons)

31 years old, within the last year or so 2 cycs. did a bunch years back around 24-26 years old weighed in at around 190 those days (post cyc) always been on the light side so that was huge for me....put it this way graduated high school at the same height 125 pounds soaking wet
 
5'9" 165? not flaming but your small, what are the reasons for all the weight loss if you dont mind me asking...are you just getting back into gym?Whats your diet how many cals you doing?

mainly we need to know why you've lost all this weight because if you can't keep the weight on, there is no point in doing it...you'd be wasting time and money...

with that said, the dbol should be ran for 4 weeks tops...not 5-6...the deca should be ran the entire cycle...like it was stated before, if you don't have enough for 10 weeks, either drop it completely or lower the dose so that you can get 10 weeks out of it...200mg EW of deca is more than sufficient, especially someone of your size...

Thanks for the feedback I can run Deca the whole way. Ill stick to 4 weeks on dbol's...I lost weight from having some health issues, hurt back stomach issues, etc. so gym time was limited and I have a metabolism like a freak...but all is in check now....

This is so typical of people who don't know shit and don't want to learn.

You're talking about competition level dosages and you don't have a clue.

They hear of few things and their research consists of asking if it's alright.

And T3?!?!? You're One hundred and sixty five fucking pounds dude! Do you have ANY idea what you're talking about?

Do a serious supp stack like UNLEASHED/BIG BLAST/VIGOR. Up the calories. Lift some serious weight. Then come back in a year. By then you MIGHT be ready to do 15 mgs of dbol a day for one month and test the waters.
