Next cycle--need sage input

I am looking at a lean mass/hardening cycle.

I am at 15-18% bodyfat, 6'2", 44 yrs old and 242 lbs.

My diet is ~4000 cals, 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat across 5 meals and a PWO shake.

I am doing Madcow 5x5s but may consider a different routine and greater focus per muscle group on next cycle.

I am a week away from starting my PCT on this beast/katanadrol/transaderm cycle. I ran 2 cycles in my 20s. Test Cyp and Sus 250. It's been 20 years since.

I will bridge using Bridge after my PCT of Unleashed/Post Cycle and Forma Stanzol.


Here is what I have in mind:

1-10Test E 500 @ 250 Wed and Sun
1-5 Anavar 60mg ED
5-10 Tren E 400 @ 200 Wed and Sun
1-13 Anastrazole .5mg ED

I am using HCGenerate currently but may include HCG on this next cycle.

I welcome feedback and questions.

Sorry for the quick reply on the road in between appointments lol. I would say that is not long enough for tren e. With the tren you would want to end it around 2 weeks before you stop test so it will make your recovery easier (so would be weeks 1-8 on a 10 week cycle, but I wouldn't recommend tren for your cycle). I would suggest if you are looking to harden up run test e @500mg/week 1-12, mast @100mg eod 1-10, eq @400mg/week 1-12 run hcg starting week 3 500 ius/week (2 shots of 250 each) and run it through second week of pct. Run similar pct as you are now with unleashed/post cycle combo with forma.

I might be a little off with the mast so some of the other bros in here might correct me which is cool. But this cycle should make you nice and hard and lean you out a bit. If you wanted to lean out a little more you could always add mhn, winny, or albuterol in for the last 6 weeks but all depends on your ultimate goal. Also I would give yourself a few months before you start a cycle and give your body a break. Sorry for a quick response hopefully I can get back on later tonight and elaborate if someone doesn't do that before I can hahaha.

You would be better off running Tren Ace from the start for 8 weeks
Not enough time for Tren E to work
Then polish off the cycle by running Var the last 6 weeks finishing at wk 12 that way you can start up PCT in 3 days .

Test Enanthate 500 wk 10wks

Tren Ace 150-200 wk 1-8 wks

Var 7-12 wks

You should have Dostinex or caber on hand plus Arimidex

i like radar's advice... except i would prefer to run winny or mast (a dht) in place of var... either mast @400wk for the entire duration or winny the last 6 weeks @50mg/day...
keep the 5x5... add a couple iso moves if necessary, though i dont believe so...
 
def. run the tren first and let it clear asap. you will need formastanzol or something else to combat the sides.

is that really your diet? do you stick to it daily? if so you will have great results.. 500g of protein a day is a lot if it is coming from good sources and if you stick to that while on you will have great results w/ half the juice you mentioned

hey Judo, I have certainly tried! I have often sucked down 20g of whey before each of 5 meals to get the extra protein, otherwise fish, lean beef, chicken, tuna and turkey. Thanks for your reply man.
 
no prob.. if you can get in that amount of protein consistently throughout the cycle you will have great gains..
