Hey there, I've been working out about a year - I gained some muscle at first but that's stopped now and I still feel somewhat on the weak side. I'm 24 and 155 lbs and I've used creatine and protein - are there other legal supplements that would help me out, and what is best in your opinion?

Sounds like to me you just need to eat more food.
 
Welcome my friend, definetely up those calories Needto's protein bars is one way of getting them up plus there so gosh darn good they're addictive, you need one gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight.Foods to consume for proteins ,steak,turkey,chicken,seafood, protein shakes.

I would start a log here in the Journal to keep track of your progress and vets like,me,needto,Alcratraz & others can help keep you on track
