Newbies Posting TOO MUCH

I don't mind some newbies posting as soon as they get on. However their are certain newbies that continuously post to see how many posts they can get. Now I would like an avatar also but img not going to make stupid comments all the time so I can increase my post numbers. Its these newbies that are going to get in to trouble and end up taking some of us with them Just food for thought....thanks for letting me vent.
