Newbies 1st Cycle - What do you guys think?

How does this sound for a good first cycle:


Prmobolan Depot 100 - 300 mg/week
Deca Norma 200 - 400 mg/week (maybe, this one isn't guaranteed but the others are)
Winstrol Depot Stanozolol 50 - 100 mg/day?

What would be to the best way to incorporate Clen into this cycle? Or are there any other fat burners I should look into before buying the Clen?


This is my first cycle, so I'm going to play with the dosages a bit to see what my body can handle before I make any final decisions on how much I'm injecting. For this cycle I'm looking mostly to cut fat and gain strength. I want to get big, but I don't want to get to big too fast. I would like to avoid suspicion. :supercool

Damn ... I thought I had read up enough on this shit and I was ready. Where did I go wrong? And could someone help me out with a cycle that will burn fat and increase strength with little size gains? Like I said earlier, I want to get big but I don't want to do it too quickly.

Sounds like you should just train right and eat then. You dont want to get big, you want more strength. Whats your workout routine?

Your approach ---> burn fat + strenth + minimum size + slow lengthy pace = eat healthy food, lift hard, and do cardio after.
 
No, I do want to get big. I just don't want to get big very quickly so most people won't suspect that I am on steroids. I have heard of some steroids that have minimal mass gains, but really help with strength.


Right now I am currently on the P90X program. I'm trying it out for 90 days to review it for a website. I just started this week, but I'll be on it for the next three months. Mostly cardio and pull-ups thus far, I think I may incorporate some free weights with it as well. There's a bit to explain, but if anyone is interested you can check out their website. p90x.com

So why are you against training and diet as your means to get big and strong? If you havent been lifting freeweights already then why start a cycle?

I am not against training and dieting, and I have been lifting for about a little over a year. I just recently changed my entire routine so I could review a workout routine that they sell over the internet and with their goofy infomercials. Bad idea, I know, I'm just helping out a friend.

I was just want to start a cycle that will help me burn a little bit of fat, increase my strength and semi-slowly add mass. I want to add mass, but I do not want to get all huge too quickly. I would prefer it if it were not obvious that I am taking steroids.
 
Take Tren for Fat Loss and Test for muscle gain. take both

Tren Ethanate Test Ethanate , one shot a week.

You need to add test.
That is the basis for all most all cycles.
My first cycle and many others was test only or test/dbol.
I ran 500mg for 10wks.
Don't rely on gear to burn fat, it aint gonna happen.
Diet and cardio will determine fat loss.
But first you must give some stats. age, weight, height, bf%
And do some more research.
Have you looked into PCT and AI's?

any cycle combining Deca and Winstrol is aptly nicknamed " a castration cycle"
this is mainly due to the very low androgenic nature of the 2 drugs(although they are both highly anabolic). Taking these exogenous hormone will cause your HPTA to shut down pretty hard, and with little circulatory androgens floating around your libido will crash and it will make it very difficult to achieve an erection.
further, deca converts somehat to progesterone and winstrol mimicks it although it remains pretty inactive. having high estrogenic levels coupled with very low testosterone means you wil end up singing soprano, have raisin nuts and probably be wearing a dress by the end of this thing

add some test

i think you now know the awnser bro...so you need test...i would say if you wanna just stay on the leaner side and as you say not look obvious...stick with primo/test as solid suggested....if you wanna go for more mass...go with deca/ test...make sure you keep the test over the deca..
good luck...please read up more, if you read over posts on this forum you will see that we all recomend everyones first cycle be a long estered test for approx 10-12 weeks.

Why are you adding clen to your first steroid cycle? You say you want to bulk, but you want to cut too? You're all over the map dude.

Zero in on one thing. I do not think Primo and Winstrol is bad at all. It isn't very suppressive and you won't need an anti-e. The "castration" drug is deca. Lose it.

400 mgs of primo a week, 20 mgs of winstrol for 6 weeks followed by some natty PCT (Go with UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE) and you can get a good feel for gear while keeping it safe.

Thats kinda what I was thinking. If your reviewing a specific program for results, then you are cheating by using AAS. Unless you specify in the review what compounds you used. Kinda similar to all the supplement products and bowflex commercials that get ripped up aas users to push their products for em.


Sure 30 mins a day 3 times a week will get you 240lbs SHREDDED........if you've already trained for 10yrs with solid barbell work and take boatloads of aas.

Can you be somewhat more retarded? Let me think..no I think you hit the max. At what point did you think that jumping on gear is a great addition to your "review" of this training routine (which is on its own level of retardation altogether)?

That would make it kick it in harder, for sure. The thing is, for a first timer, young, using non supressive compounds ,he may not lose libido. Besides, Winstrol increases DHT which is usually libido enhancing.
 
wait up....read read and read some more..and just when you think you know a compound in and out read it all again...then start asking questions...chances are your going to do whatever you had planned anyhow cause theres some local guy at your gym who says its the shit but it aint...so if you want the most for your money and you like your liver and kidneys listen to the vets on this site....
 
I've changed my first cycle slightly if anyone is interested:

Prmobolan Depot 100 - 300 mg/week
Testosterone Enanthate - Replacing the Deca Norma, I haven't decided exactly how much to take yet
Winstrol Depot Stanozolol 50 - 100 mg/day?

I've also decided to hold off on the P90X thing until a few weeks after I'm off my cycle. I am kinda liking the diet plan that came with it though, I may stick with that during my cycle.

No, for my first cycle I am mostly wanting to cut some fat and increase my strength. I do want to bulk up, but it's not a high priority at the moment. I'm going to worry about that later on down the road.

Could you be somewhat more of a dick? A friend of mine who runs a website asked me to look into this P90X shit and review it for her site. She offered to buy the program for me and everything. What's retarded about that? I was planning on starting a cycle before I was asked to do this. Originally I was going to do both before I realized that it would be a conflict of interest. And I realized this before reading your asshole post.
