Hi, I have some questions. First I would like to give some history about myslef and go from there. I am 40 and not real fat (YET) but my metabolism is slowing down and I have gained about 7 pounds in the last 3 months. I crave fattening foods like cheese, chocolate etc. I am trying to control these urges, but have been having a hard time. I used to work out everyday when I was younger and I have slowed down throughout the years. I have little muscle left, but I am ready to start rebuilding. I have bad feet and knees, so it is hard to run or lift weights. I am trying to find something other than swimming for cardio. In the mean time I want to buy some clen and cant find it. I am going to start working out and hopefully find some clen before to long. Does anyone have any suggestions about the cravings and bad knees and feet issue?

Use an Elliptical Machine, non-impact. You just have to want it bad enough and have the discipline not to eat shitty foods. I see nothing wrong with eating cheese in moderation though.
 
Ok, the machine I heard about, but don't have the room in my house to buy one. I probably will join a fitness club for that. I did find AG_Guys but I don't see what I want, unless it has another name that I am unfamiliar with?

I wouldn't touch clen unless your diet is in check.
If its not you will gain back all the fat you lose and then some more after.
Also, if you are not aware of what other supplements to take with clen you will screw up your thyroid and have a massive "rebound effect"
You would get a lot better results going to the diet board. There is no easy way out when it comes to dropping fat!

What is a rebound effect? What if I work on my diet while taking clen? Also, how would I find out what other supplements to take with it. I read about clen and never found anything that said you had to take other things with it to get the result you wanted.

Interesting post! Clen isnt your answer..You can buy pleanty of over the counter drugs that will work for someone that doesnt have a weight problem.
If you want drugs use google search...i wont get into detail of why a person with no muscle left and very little weight problems doesnt need to be taking that stuff..As for feet, knees you need help with that post on proper forum,to get help.But why what i read seems your just looking for a source...

work on you diet then take clen but if all you want to lose is 7 pounds you don't need it. get your diet in check and you will lose it fast.

Hey CC -

Based on the above info, I think the 'quick fix' you're looking for may hurt you more than help you.

What exactly are you eating everyday? How often? What's your weight & Height? What exactly are you trying to accomplish? A change to a healthier lifestyle?
