After reading 100+ sites on body training/weight gaining/etc it's finally working

at beginning of Feburary, I had 6'0 - 130lbs
now April, I have 6'0 - 140lbs

so I have gained 10lbs, I also noticed my arm and abs are more defined but I still think I need more weight - my goal is 180 to 250 with not much body fat.

Is there anything else I can do to gain more weight? I always work out everyday

diet
more important than training is quality foods in
eat more

you can't build a house with no wood/cement/bricks
can't build muscle without protien/carb/fat/water

good job on the 10#, more will come if you stick with it
