I'm 30 years old, 5'7, 175 pounds. Been playing with weights during the off season to stay in shape. Taking it seriously this year and decided to try some supplements. Right now, I am taking:
5 grams of Glutamine, EAS's EFA and a multi-vitamin in the AM.
2 servings of Nitro Tech, one during the day and after I work out.
Before I work out, I take some BCAA's and Ripped Fuel.
After I work out, I take 1 gram of glutamine and EFA.
Is there anything that I should add or not take? Trying to get cut up and work off all the beer that I drank during the softball season
So far, I have worked out for a month and lost 7 pounds and my bench is up to 175. I know 175 isn't much so please don't laugh. I work out 5 days a week.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
