How is your current training and diet? At that size you could probably gain some more with some tweaks in training and increase calories. At least try that out before you even think about messing with AAS/Steroids. 1.Deadlifts-mostly back but gets just about every muscle workin' like F$#@
2.squats- heavy leg workout
