Newbie needs help

I am 19 years old, never juiced before. I am 5'11' 195 lbs, and want to gain more size with the least side effects possible. I don't personally know anyone who could help me with this so any advice is great.

my best advice would be start reading this board. Read, read, read and read. You need to give more information about yourself to identify if you are a good candidate to mess with poison. Because IT IS poison if you don't know about this. Tell us how many years youi have working out, what is your diet, your training routine, your body fat, etc. You're still young that's why I would be careful if you wanna add some sauce to the recipe.

Listen to him.

If you decide to jump on then propose a cycled using the knowledge you will gain from reading

at 19 I would learn about diet, training and supplementation

then maybe around the age of 24-27 start to think about a cycle

PCT is the most important part of any cycle

Learn about it and ancillaries while on cycle

then take the plunge

I did not do my first cycle till 25-26 and was very happy to have waited

all you need is Test Only ( test eneathate or Cypionate) at 350-500 mgs a week

When Radar and Omega tell you something you can pretty much go with it.

For future reference

How is your current training and diet? At that size you could probably gain some more with some tweaks in training and increase calories. At least try that out before you even think about messing with AAS/Steroids. I know the MTV special was just on and all the kiddies are gonna come looking for info on how to get big, but take the advice of everyone on here and wait.

Guys here do know what they are talking about, so do go with their advice as they are veterans and are giving you the best advice for yourself and whats in your best interest. I took all advice from them, starting with Radar, Lestat, Mr.X and all the good bros. I have been a member (not lucky enough to go platinum) for a pretty while (3 years) its just that i tend to go off for a while and therefore i need to start geting all the stats, posts and karma all over.

All i can tell you is people on this board rule, starting with moderators to all the good bros that share knowledge on this particular board.

As they said, you are a bit too young to go right in with AAS but its your choice to either go ahead or listen. All the best bro.

I was in a similar situation when I was your age and this is what I did. Heavy deadlifts and heavy clean & presses. No bullshit dude, do em, if you haven't before you will definitely put on some quality muscle.

Very good point.

cash50, if you can post up your training routine and diet you can get a lot of feedback on how you can make adjustments to put on more size.

Unfortunately since you have just one post, I'd suspect you came here looking for a quick fix, didn't get the response you wanted, and have moved on. I hope that's not the case bro, this place is a gold mine of knowledge.

For the love of God listen to the fellas here you are to young to even think about it Bro.. Learn how to eat and train you do not need gear to get the goals you are looking for.. What ever they are...

Sorry about the delayed response. I've read some threads on this board in the past and sometimes am not sure about some of the abbreviations. What does PCT mean? Can someone tell the full name of Test, just so I know?

My workouts are Monday and Friday(my chest/tricep day): Flat Bench Presses, Dumbell Flyes (or wide grip presses), Overhead barbell extensions (or cable tricep extensions), 2 sets of 15 pullups at the beginning of each workout, and either incline or decline presses. When I say "or" something it means I am alternating every few weeks between exercises. Tuesday is my lowering body day, with Parallel Squats, Weighted lunges, and jump squats. Wednesday and Saturday are my bicep, back, ab, forearm days with preacher curls, incline dumbell curls, 2 sets of 15 pullups, standing curls (curl bar or hammer curls) shoulder shrugs, lat pulls, flutter kicks, and forearm curls. I usually play basketball at least once a week, too. I have been working out for 5 years now and played sports my entire life. I take creatine, but it is the cheapo stuff and I mix it with apple or grape juice. My diet is a lot of whole foods, wheat breads, meat, chicken, fruits and vegetables, but I also don't restrict myself from eating certain things I prolly shouldn't eat like ice creams, cold cereals, some fried foods.

Oh yea I do heavy presses and squats so I'm not new to that. I think I need the most help with my diet and supplementation.

If you read through these boards you will find most of the answers you are looking for, especially with abbreviations and steriod profiles :)
Test- Testoserone
PCT- Post Cycle Therapy

good luck bro

By the way, I hope you're not referring to me as a "kiddy"...and I don't watch MTV.

What he's talkin' about is three of the most essential exercises you can do for mass build up. They apparently release lots of rockin' growth hormone which is great for stuff like uhhh? GROWIN'. :)
1.Deadlifts-mostly back but gets just about every muscle workin' like F$#@
2.squats- heavy leg workout
3.bench-chest,shoulders and tricepts

I didn't mean to ask him that. I've been doing those lifts for 5 years...

I'm not one that should be giving advice bro b/c I really dont know a whole lot about "steroidal therapy" but I do have a MS Ed. in Exercise Physiology and i have been a Strength and Conditioning Coach on the HS, College and Paralympic/Olympic level. In my opinion, being 19 you definitely do not need to touch the juice as of yet! You can make incredible gains doing the BIG THREE Bench, Squats, and Deadlifts! Study diet and nutrition very well, READ, READ, and READ some more especially things about hardgainers. DEFINITELY do HVY Squats with GOOD form....Exercise uses a large muscle group which in turn initiates the release of GROWTH HORMONE naturally! And this is a must! VERY DEFINITELY do HVT Deadlifts with GOOD form, In my opinion its the best total body exercise that there is and you are able to put large loads on the body which in turn allows you to build greater mass and DL's also can initiate the realease of the good stuff known as GH naturally! Do that for a couple of years and drink lot's of milk and you will grow!

Yours in Sport,
Deuce
