Newbie ISO advice from experienced users

hey guys, i'm new to the board and lookign for soem advice, but first a little background on me.


i'm an experienced lifter who first started lifting regularly over the summer going into 8th grade(i just finished my fr. year in college) to train for varsity football and lacrosse. i was fortunate to have coaches for both sports who stressed healthy and safe training techniques, so we were all taught very well. i lifted regularly for the next 1 1/2 years. on the first day of lacrosse practice going into my soph. year of lacrosse i tore my ACL and lateral and medial meniscui. thakfully i was able to play through it with the help of a custom made brace, but i had surgery shortly after the season ended. this put me out of commission for about 6 months and i obviously missed my jr. year football season. when i was healthy again and getting back into the swing of things, i was looking for a bit of a jump start, so i did a 10 week cycle of testarona(sp?). from what i understand it's a pretty cheap, but decent, mexican steroid. i was happy with the results and had a great jr. year lacrosse season. i trained relentlessly over the summer for the upcomming football season and i was was very happy with my strength, speed and size. about 5 games into the season disaster struck again when i got my thumb caught in a face mask while making a tackle. my thumb was pretty much being held on by skin. this of course required another surgery and long rehabilitation period. my sr. year lacrosse performance suffered a great deal, as i wasn;t able to train once agin during the off season. this contributed a great deal to a number of competitive college lacrosse teams losing intrest in me. i quickly became depressed and unmotivated, even after i healed completly, and became a fat piece of useless shit. but i've gotten my act together and i'm ready to turn it all around, but once again, i want a little jump start to get me off on the right foot.


so, after that long schpeal, my question is this: what stack is relatively economical and will provide me with real strength and size increases, as well as cut this chub off me?

i've been told that a d-bol and winstrol stack would be a good idea, but i wanted to come to the experts. so if you could provide me with any ideas, suggestions or tips, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks again. :garza:
 
I would suggest a light cycle of test, fina and maybe clen at the end. Maybe throw some eq or winny in there all though a lot people don't think winny is a good idea for a begginer. Here is what I might do:

500 test 1-8
75 fina ed for 1-6
400 eq for 1-10

Maybe end with clen (I am not that experienced on dosing clen.) Take in plenty of protein and moderate carbs. IF that is too much, I would cut the test to 250 a week. A lot of people say that is too little but I had great success using that small of an amount my first couple cycles. BamBam

thanks for the advice, but i'm not familiar with the lingo. if you could provide me with full names and explanations, as well as estimated prices, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks again.

well, deca and dball would be a healthier choice than winny and dball. deca and dball has been proven stack for solid muscle gains and strength.add a little bit of test to this stack and presto your will be a studd. ive been wanting to try a primo and dball stack, heard the results are incredible. the other option is to bulk up for seven to eight weeks then move straight into a cycle of anabolics such as equipoise, deca, primo.....etc to lean you out and keep your size. this works for alot of bros. good luck

hat would cut me up the best? don't get me wrong, i haven't turned into a pathetic weakling, but i'm definately not as strong as i used to be, and i'm about 30lbs too fat. i'm looking for a combination that will do a good job a cutting me up and provide equally good strength and size results, all while being as cheap as possible. i'm sure this is hard to do, but all your input is appreciated.

well dball is powerful but you could incorporate it in your stack at 25mgs a day or so without to much bloat. you will want to get an anti estrogen, something like arimidex to counter the sides and the water retention and then throw in some deca. this will help with the water retention and is great for size with definition. you MUST keep your protein intake higher than normal on this stack+ the extra protein calories will help you lean out as well. this is very cost effective, all except the arimidex..hehe but is a good investment for what you are wanting to do.
 
Personally, I would stay away from d-bol until your 3rd or 4th cycle. That is something not everyone believe's in, buy I do. Get you something like T-200. You will need to 10cc vials, cost about $40 to $60. Next, you can either make your own fina, or you can order it presmade which is what I do. You can order a fina kit and make your own, it will come with directions. Cost of making it.....maybe $120?? Premade would probably cost you around $150 to $250. Equipoise, I only use TTokyo anymore which is 200mg per cc. You will need 2 of those and they start around $125. Do it like this:

400mg of test 200 every week 1-8
75mg every day of Fina 1-6 weeks
400 mg of eq every week 1-10

Take in 1.5 grams of protien per lb of body weight. The lower carbs and higher protien intake will make a major difference. If you want to use clen, which is used as a fat burner, you will have to ask someone else how to dose it. The bottom line is that you need to do more research on AS before you use them. If you can't understand the lingo I gave earlier, then you have no clue what you are about to get into. That lingo should be like a 2nd language to you. Do yourself a favor and hang around the board for another few months before you start taking something you know nothing about. There are several experienced people on this board who will help you but they will all say the same thing I am saying, not to jump into the game without knowing exactly what you are doing. I feel like for over weight people, diet is more important than the AS use. You probably do not even now how to inject yourself properly which can be very dangerous. I hope you take my advice.
