Started my first ever cycle today. lots of mixed feelings. decca 350 mg and test.

I only took one inject for test today, as want to take baby steps, but feel a bit sore. I'm not sure if thats normal. Does anyone know?

Thats all fine, use some ice to easy your skin pls.

Don't use ice that'll make it worse. Heat only

Damn, deca as a first cycle. Bad move broman. Should have stuck with straight test e. Yes some pip is normal with test. If it gets hot and red in the pin site then you have a problem.

Thats normal, never,never mix ice on an oil based injection, you need to massage the area and use Heat to help dispurse the oil.
