Newbie Help, Im So Confused

If you have no choice, there are plenty of video resources where you can learn how to lift. Check www.elitefts.com for videos, and I think bodybuilding.com has some, but they won't be directed toward the powerlifter. Do a search for westside barbell or metal militia. They both put out instructional videos, although I think elite FTS has some stuff for beginners. Keep plugging away though. There is always a way, if you are willing.

Hello everybody, I just did my second session today with my trainer and it was great. I did BENCH and LYING TRICEP EXTENSION. The weights were light because i am only starting properly.

The first session was SQUAT and GOOD MORNINGS.

Now i am waiting to do my third session. It will be DEADLIFT and MID ROWS on a machine.

Once he has gone through the last session with me then i will go on it at my own. I am keeping a training log to track my weights and reps and exercises.

The benching went ok today but i felt weak when it came to the lying tricep extensions, my triceps were weak and my wrists felt odd from holding the bar. Has anyone ever felt this way. Would it be a lack of flexibility in my wrists.
