Ok, I'm about ready to head out for night two of my first 5x5 routine, and I'm looking over the whole workout and everything is self explainatory until I look down to the assistance work. When it shows 5x5 or 3x8 of (Pullups/Chins/Pulldowns) are they saying to do all three of those movements or just selct one and offer 3 seperate exercises to be able to change things up while running the 5x5 program?
