Newb to Steroids Need Advice..

Finally, I've found a website that looks legit. Well I've read that to get advice you need to provide some info so here it is.

I want to start my first cycle probably in July or around there. What I want to achieve from that cycle is 15-20lbs, and dramatic strength gains. (Strength is really important to me)

Stats:

Age-24
Height-6'2"
Weight-200.4lbs 11%BF
Calories/Day-3,500-4,500
Protein/Day(g)-300-400
Carbs/Day(g)-350-400
(Don't have my blood-work done yet, but I've had a full body physical half a year ago, and I couldn't be healthier.)
Supplements-Whey, protein shake after a workout.
Years Training- 2 years, I wouldn't call myself advanced nor a beginner, I'm in the middle. In the past 2 years, I've fallen in love with Bodybuilding, and went from a 150lbs skinny guy to a 200 pound big guy. Now I hit a huge platoe, in which I haven't gained a pound of strength in half a year, and would need some help from some chemicals ;)

I would recomend a simple Test only cycle for your first time. Very good first cycle and should help you with your 15lbs easily with good training and diet. Test + Anavar may also be an option. Anavar is a tad expensive but if strength is your goal you wont be disapointed.

2 years training is not ideal but if youve went up 50lbs at a good BF you must be doing something correct.

Also watch your websites these days. Its 50/50 TBH. Would recomend www.thesourcecheck.com, great site for reliable and verifyd sources.

Thanks, I'll check that website out... Yeah, I've only been lifting for 2 years, but researching for 4. I've read "Starting Strength by, Mark Rippetoe" and it got me a good 20 pound gain/ 1 year. The second year, I took all I knew, and put it into my own program, that targeted my weaknesses. I ended up gaining 30lbs that, increasing my strength dramatically, and losing 3%BF... I say I did well for a Newb. Well, now I've hit this damn platoe.. Strength has been the same for half a year... I'm still benching the same as I did when I was 20 pounds lighter... It's depresses me that my buddies, rack on more weights each week, while I stand still...

Honestly, you will be dissapointed if you do a cycle now. 2 years isn't enough training..you really need to develop your tendons more fully before putting the strain of aas on them. This can only be done with more time in the gym. Have you ever used creatine? This makes me super aggressive..also, things like arginine, L tyrosine...and velvet deer antler are good preworkout supplements to take to increase muscular exertion.

Thanks for posting your stats! Let's look at your diet though bro, in more detail...you say you have a shake post workout. What does this consist of? Also, what are your other meals? Diet is where you want to play right now bro..trust me. Once you develop your muscular, and vascular systems further, you will be ready for androgens.
 
You're already a good size and can probably ad a lot more without steroids. The more size you get naturally, the more size you'll get with gear.

Well, I haven't really used any sups, besides Whey Protein, even then on and off. What I eat is:
6am- 2cups oatmeal, 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg., 1 glass of water
9am- Peanut-butter & Jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread, carrot sticks, almonds, water
12pm- 100g tuna, on whole wheat bread, water, banana
3pm- 2large chicken breasts, with pasta, 1 cup steamed veggies.
6pm- PB&J sandwich, banana, almonds water - workout
7:30pm- 58g whey protein shake...
9:00pm - kidney beans with salmon
sleep.. Sample diet..

any good?

Yeah I was thinking of using creatine, but I want good results, and I've heard that creatine is a waste of money? True?

if you could brake down the diet in numbers that would help a lot more. As in how many total cals do you eat every day and how many grams of protein/fat/carbs do you eat in a day.

A first cycle for anyone used to be just a test cycle but these days it could be anything. The old "just test" is just that old. You do want to use just one compound though not 2-3-4 different ones.
 
Looks good diet wise..accept..what kind of jelly do you use? And do you use all natural peanut butter? Reason I ask is those things can be loaded with sugar.

Dude creatine jacks my bench up every time I run it. It increases the amount of cellular ATP you are able to hold, so it not only increases force, it will increase endurance, which will translate to greater trauma to muscle fiber, and if you diet right and sleep enough..greater results!

I don't see 300-400 grams of protein. I see maybe 250-280. I'm not counting any protein from your beans, peanut butter, almonds, etc. (and you shouldn't either).

I think you're fooling yourself with your diet. Nice job gaining 50 lbs, but don't expect to gain another 50 eating like you are. You know a 200 lb guy requires more calories in general, let alone to continue to grow than a 150 lb guy, right?

BINGO! Beans, peanut butter, almonds and such DO have protein but you should not count it in your daily total. Remember in high school biology class when you were told that there are two types of protein..., plant protein and animal protein? Plant proteins are incomplete, as they do NOT include all of the essential amino acids required for our human digestive systems to utilize the protein contained therein. Think of it this way..., we are not plants..., we are animals. Protein from animal sources are considered complete because their amino acid profile more closely resembles our own. Therefore, like CEO said above, you should ONLY count the protein you acquire from ANIMAL sources and protein powders.

*If you are pre-contest, however, you should take into account the CALORIES from plant protein, but plant proteins should NEVER be included in your daily protein requirement.

interesting heavy duty, I didn't know that but makes sense.

may I suggest to the thread starter turkey and tuna are excellent sources of protein. however turkey is hard to find unless you have a whole foods near you or you know how to cook a gobbler in your oven. obviously I am not gonna touch cold cuts or frozen whatever. that along with something like pro complex.

I did not consume any red meat during my last cycle and it was very successful.

other then that you wanna eat A LOT but make sure you are eating clean.. obviously pizza, chicken fingers, and a big mac isn't gonna do the trick.

But I'm guessing you're referring to some sort of PH stack?

I think prohormones SUCK by and large.

They make you feel like crap.

If you are going to cycle, do a test only, 300 mgs a week.

150 on mondays 150 on thursdays for test E and sust.

Go 10-12 weeks. Use hcg the last 3 weeks of cycle, then use clomid/aromasin for pct, along with whatever OTC supps you believe to be beneficial.

And on the night before injects, take a half tab of arimidex, to prevent all the test you're about to push in your cheek from turning to estrogen.
