Newb to DECA, initial dose?

Done test only cycles in the past (500mg per week)

looking to do a cycle of test 500 and deca with dbol 25-35mg

What dose would you suggest of deca? im getting a vial if 250mg so my guess is either 250 or 375 (1.5cc)

my deca is 250/ml therefore 375 = 1.5ml

300-400mgs /wk

If your deca is 250mgs/ml, 1.5MLs is fine.

If it's your first time using, even 250mg would yield results. But as they say, 300-400mg is optimal. Just be careful of the sides when you use higher doses (deca dick, progestagenic gyno, bloat, etc)
