Newb needs advice

Here's the situation, at the begining of the year I was 278# 5'11". Have been tweaking diet and dren am down to 246#, thanks to all the info here. Now that my plantersfacitis has healed I am starting cardio again and hope to drop quicker. My buddy says I need to start HGH and DBOL together to add muscle, which I want to do. What stack would be more effective in adding muscle and help to lean down. I would like to be around 200# by end of year and am comitted to the journey and lifestyle change. Thanks in advance..
 
Since you're starting back with cardio, think you still can do well with diet and an appropriate training to drop alot more BF...
Meat, veggies, tweaking your diet at the max and keep the HGH and Dbol for later... Your main objective seem to be to loose 46lbs again and you can do this without any chemicals, save your money, keep your commitment and just kill that shit at the gym!
Changing your cardio training from sprint, interval, long ride, and on an high intensity workout you could pack on muscle, strenght, and burn the fat away!
 
Get some N2KTS before your workout and a good multivitamin ! thats a start.... maybe a fat burner also

I would suggest what everyone else has said. I am not sure why you would use d-bol when you ar trying to "diet down" and it adds bloat. Get back to the gym and use the NTKS.

Check into powerchews for BCAA's and creatine as well as a pre workout energy formula.
 
Energy level seems to be my worst enemy when it comes to that. Any suggestions on how to over come?

How old are you? When I Use to work in the oil patch, I would work 12hrs a day doing very physical labor, and still I would go to the gym after to pay my dues, I was the one still working twice as hard as everyone else in there too even though I just came off a 12hr shift, push yourself bro even though you might not feel like going!
 
I just turned 39. Was active in past till a car accident and 3rd degree seperation in shoulder, rehab for a year but never got back into it full force. I am taking GNC multivitamin, is that good or can you recomend another and NTKS??
 
You could throw in some fish oil and hydroxycut pro series. Ntkts is a preworkout supp that gets ur ass pumped up so when ur at the gym u can kill it.
