Here's the situation, at the begining of the year I was 278# 5'11". Have been tweaking diet and dren am down to 246#, thanks to all the info here. Now that my plantersfacitis has healed I am starting cardio again and hope to drop quicker. My buddy says I need to start HGH and DBOL together to add muscle, which I want to do. What stack would be more effective in adding muscle and help to lean down. I would like to be around 200# by end of year and am comitted to the journey and lifestyle change. Thanks in advance..
