So i have observed the board for a little while, did some searches, learned a little bit and now i'm hoping for some direct advice from the members! Basically i wanna cut some fatty poundage off this ol body of mine...i am 5'10ish and 153-155ish and have determined my bmr in the 1500-1700 range... i do cardio about 4-5x a week in the morning usually treadmill sometimes track, and very little weight training... i kno this dont sound right being only 153 and all but i still look a lil flabby around the stomach area! my diet is kinda the part i'm stuck on..i hav no plan basically right now...kinda confused about bmr...if i want to cut a little do i subtract off my bmr calories? I'm stuck on how much food i need..i've been doin this amount of cardio for a long time and cant lose a pound, so i guess its my diet..seems sometimes i go up in weight despite all my cardio and i feel like i'm doin so much work just to even maintain my weight!...i'm just might be gettin paranoid but i used to be a fatty and i feel like if i eat too much ill just get fat again. also tried xenadrine for a little while...bout 3 weeks...didnt see too much difference...i stopped becuz although i was excercising and taking the proper dosage, my meal plan wasnt there. i just wanted to have all the bases covered. thanxs in adavance for ur help, I kno u guys get this all the time and must be plain sick of it by now!
