New Xbox coming out?

I received this months xbox mag. and there was a small article of a second Xbox coming out.

They said talks of it would possibly be out this Mar.-May, anyone know if this is just a rumor?

not a rumor theyr trying to release a bare bones system too ......without the harddrive or some crap.........i dunno why.........ill ask the consol freaks at work....about it again.

Nope it's true and I've seen some pics of how the new games will look. Un-fuckin-believable. I can't wait. Til then though Halo 2 is coming out tommorow. Game looks fuckin sick!

I hope the old games will be compatible with the new system.

I'm sure they will be pretty pricey, and won't release them till around christmas or something.

I'm not crazy about the look either, I don't think I like the idea of being so many different versions. I'm sure its all still up in the air and the console will take on many different looks until the release date.

To sleek it down is great. To give it an odd shape sucks. I keep one in my entertainment system. With wireless controlers it works out pretty well ... changing to an odd shape might mess with that.

I always say if you have any doubt what so ever from something somebody tells you do research to find out for yourself.

I already new this about the Xbox ,but my point is don't believe the first thing you hear or see from anyone!!!!!!!!!!

There isn't really much to improve on with today's gaming systems. All they are now is a mini computer just without an operating system. Only thing to do now is make the system faster

Just when you think they can't make anything better some new innovation proves otherwise. At the moment I think games can only continue to get better graphically,with faster systems bigger HD's etc until they look just like real life. I still personnally think Virtual Reality will be the next big change. Hopefully someday it can be just like in the matrix where you actually think you are in the game that would kick ass.

Imagine a game like Silent Hill or Resident Evil if you were really in it, holy shit! That would be so scarry, you would probably have a heart attack.
