I'm glad to see your wrist curl strength is coming along. Now don't forget to work on your reverse-rope tricep kickback and tibial flexes, those still seem to be lagging.
 
For optimal strength tie some beanbags to your tv remote...

This way u can keep within the 8-12 range which will further muscular hypertrophy...and if u want to do speed training...just take out the batteries...
