Needs some information. Im on my second cycle my first cycle was just solid deca for 8weeks. I pyramided my cycle. it worked out great i gained and kepts a solid 10 pounds..... Im on my second cycle. I have 8 amps of sustanon 250 and a 20ml bottle of stanzonol 50mg. I was planning to due an 8 week cycle .

week 1 Sustanon 250 once a week
week 2 Sustanon 250
week 3 sustanon 250
week 4 sustanon 25o
week 5 Stanzonol 50mg eod
week 6 "
Week 7 "
Week 8 "
WEek 9-11 pct nolvadex (test booster)

Does this look good or do i need to change it up or what...Please advise











Seriously...you need to increase your food intake. Focus on getting 2 to 2.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight a day. Eat every couple hours. You simply need more food. Also, make sure you'er taking in enough (good) fats. Add olive oil to your protein shakes, take fish oil (liquid or caps). Avoid taking fats with carbs. Meals should be protein and fat OR protein and carb.

Start eating. Until you learn how to eat, you can take all the gear you want and you won't gain much size. It will mostly go to waste. No real short cuts bro. Even taking some steroids requires hard work in the gym and the dinner table to get results.[/QUOTE]
 
At your height you can easily put on another 10 pounds in a couple of months.

Do a Heavy Duty type training routine.

Increase calories, mostly protein and fats.

Add BIG BLAST (www.proteinfactory.com) mixed with whole milk 2X's a day.

Try and add an hour of sleep every night.

Eat a half dozen eggs a day.

As for supps, UNLEASHED, Dermacrine and VIGOR will give an extra edge. And of course a good multi.

Trust me bro. You'll grow like you're on juice. And THEN, to get to the NEXT level, (6 months -1 year) you can do a mild cycle. 300 mgs of Primo a week and 15 mgs of dbol a day for 6 weeks along with the increased cals.

This is the way to do it. Short cuts don't work and there's no point ruining your potential down the line. You haven't begun to peak. Don't cut your long term progress short by starting too soon.
 
I'd work out a more concrete diet plan and def. add a quality weight-gainer shake to make sure you're getting enough cals / protein before using gear. I think in one of your previous posts you mentioned eating "a lot" of protein and cals... keep track and calculate it so you make sure you're eating as much as you think you are.
