I have posted a few pics at elite over te years, anyhow these are my latest, I am tryin to bulk up now to get ready for te june shows.

Starting weight was 145 lbs. Trained three years clean and three to fours years cycling on and off. Current weight is 222 lbs. My split depends on what I am trying to focus on. I attritube my Delts to years of training chest improperly but i think its genetic more then anything else. They just blew up.

For my delts I train Military press first - always, Dumbell presses, followed by rear laterial raises (rear delts) and rear pec dec.


Monday Back
Tuesday Chest
Wednesday Legs - Traps
Thursday off
Friday- Arms/forearms
Saturday-Shoulders
Sunday- off
repeat.
