Starting weight was 145 lbs. Trained three years clean and three to fours years cycling on and off. Current weight is 222 lbs. My split depends on what I am trying to focus on. I attritube my Delts to years of training chest improperly but i think its genetic more then anything else. They just blew up.
For my delts I train Military press first - always, Dumbell presses, followed by rear laterial raises (rear delts) and rear pec dec.

Wednesday Legs - Traps
Thursday off
Friday- Arms/forearms
Saturday-Shoulders
Sunday- off
repeat.
