i've been doing the same training split for a long time and i kinda want to switch it up. gains haven't really stopped but have slowed down a lot i would say. more or less i'm just getting kinda bored with it
mon- chest
tues- back
weds- legs
thurs- shoulders and traps
fri- arms
sat-off
sun-off

depending on how i feel i do legs on weds. but sometimes i take weds. off and hit legs on sat.

any suggestions? keep it the same? something better? i dunno but suggestions would be cool

I think it is always a good idea to switch it up. My I've found every 5 days works better for me than once a week. So I do
chest, shoulders, arms, legs, back , repeat. But go with what works for you.

It looks pretty decent. It's close to mine.
Day1: chest/abs
Day2: bi/tri/calve
Day3:delts/trap/abs
Day4:legs/calves
Day5:back/abs
Day6:off
Da7:repeat
I do cardio in the morning. Lift in the afternoon and cardio after weights except on leg days. :Chef: :tuc:

so you don't take any days off? ouch that seems kinda tough. do u feel effects of overtraining at all?

That's where rest comes into play. I can easily take a day off in between days 2 and 3. If my tri's are sore or I don't feel good I won't work out. That's the split I've been runnin' with for the past three months and I'm seeing great results so far. Actually my arms are super swole now.:Chef: :tuc:

i think i may give this a go thanx bro

i go 2 days on 1 day off, 3 days on 1 day off... but off days im doing cardio now...
goes like this...

mon- chest, calves
tues- back
wed-rest (cardio)
thursday- shoulders , calves
friday- arms
saturday legs, calves
sunday- off
i feel better after my days off, since chest and back are 2 big groups , i give them a rest, then shoulder and arms are smaller so i can do legs after them, then take a rest.. i like it a lot :)

No schedule days off, but when I need them I take them. Normally I'm good on that routine, but if I need a break I'll take a day or two off and recoop
