This is what I have in mind so far....

Weeks 1-12 - Test Enan 250mg/2x weekly

PCT - Week 1 - nada

Week 2 + 3 - 5000IU HCG + 20-40mg Nolvadex daily

Week 4 - 2500IU HCG + 20-30mg Nolvadex daily

Week 5 + 6 - 20mg Nolvadex daily

....not set in stone, still have more reading to do.

I would start that PCT 5 days after your last shot. I think that may be too much HCG.

More like

1 & 2 500iu's m/w/f + 20mg tamoxifen ed
3 250iu's m/w/f + 20mg tamoxifen ed
4 & 5 20mg tamoxifen ed

Alternatively, Aromasin can make a great PCT with HCG. Aromasin can positively effect your lipid profile and is suicidal aromatase inhibitor so it can stop the estrogen backlash coming off of your cycle and whatever anti-e you are using.

I did 500mg of Test E EW for 10 weeks for my first cycle. I used Nolva during and used HCG and clomid for PCT.

I shot the full 500mg once a week but you can do 250 twice a week if you like... it's just more pokes for you.

I agree with all the others that said leave the d-ball out for now.
