Hey all, new to the game and the site, nice place you got here. After a while of deliberation I've decided to plan my first cycle.
A little about me. I am 27, 5'9 183lbs, BF @15%. Been lifting for about 3 years, and though I've come a long way from the skinny runt I used to be, I am not where I want to be. My goals are basic; gain (and retain) mass and strength. Eat 6-7 times daily getting in a total of 3k-3.5k calories. Almost always eat clean though I do fall off the wagon about once a week.
After doing some research I figured my first run will be basis; Test Enan @250mg twice weekly for 10-12 weeks. Still need to do some research on PCT. I want to keep most (if not all) of what I gain and do not want to compromise my health in the process, so I have some serious planning to do. I have no intention of even starting until I got everything I need together.
I'll be sticking around the site trying to absorb everything I learn. Any advice is welcome.
