I started with 250mg/wk then upped to 500mg/wk then finished the majority of my first cycle at 750mg/wk. I personally think you should do 500mg/wk test e. 250/wk would have been a waste of a first cycle.

Shoot Monday morning and Thursday evening for correct blood levels.
