Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been off the boards for about 10 years and happy to be back. Big_paul_ski has always been my handle and maybe I know some vets around here. 51 years old hand have been using gear since 2008. Been training since 1988. Thanks for having me here and hope to contribute in any way I can.

Yeah we have been talking. Like i mentioned to you having umbilical hernia surgery August 23. When I get healed up ill run a log, gear used and amounts ni problem. Been years since I've done one so looking forward too it. Thanks for the welcome

About that same time. My handle has always been big_paul_ski. I added 23 because it wouldn't let me use it. My old account may still be here. I can't remember how active I was here. I was a mod at the sourcecheck, the iron den, the iron brotherhood, brotherhood of pain and a few other. Yeah I started running gear in 2008.

Here is what I look like now. 5'10 250. Turning 52 next month and having umbilical hernia surgery. When healed up will go on a cut. Never had this high BF before. Strong AF though

Wow yeah I got it doing heavy ass leg presses in 2013 and have been putting it off. Started out pretty small but has grown and can't put it off much longer. Tired of trying around it. What I learned after that is to never use a bodybuilding belt again. If I had been using a power lifting belt it would have covered my belly button and held it in . I was wearing my belt too low. The only time I use a belt it for the heavy shit. That's it.

surprised you never heard of him. i used to spar with him on the forums for years on here. he was always wrong on everything but would argue like he was right. none of his theories have been shown to be accurate
