I just want to say howdy. I've been reading and enjoying the forum for a while.
Am currently 6'4 and 215 lbs, around 12-14%bf. Started lifting 5 years ago at 165 lbs!!!!!!!!! In the first few years I managed to naturally gain 35 lbs. I started juicing over a 1-1/2 years ago and now have 2 cycles under my belt and 3 more in the medicine chest...WOO HOO.
Goal is to hit 235-240lbs with in the next 2 years.
Anyway, I hope to participate more in the future.
