New to Board and looking for help

Hi all I have been lurking this board for a great while absorbing everything I can.I have been working out off and on for 20 years and gained alot of muscle naturally.
5'10 and usually about 210 I have no idea about bodyfat percentage.5 or 6 years ago I experimented with d-bol and made good gains which I didn't know how to keep.
Now I'm ready to do it right.I have no idea as to where I should start as far as extra stuff to help my efforts
 
First stop will be the rules sticky at the top of the forum. After that your going to need to be more specific about your goals and what you looking to do. A search for pct would probably be worthwhile as well.
 
after all that start a thread w/ a cycle and pct that you think will work for you and then lots of members and mods will give advice on what you post up.
 
if you have been working out 20 yrs, im guessing your in your 30's. peptides are great for gh like effects, a ghrp and ghrh will cause a spike in production and and than release of gh. which is great for fat buring, lean lean muscle, youthful skin, recovery.

igf1 is very very anabolic. it is also a peptide. it works by producing more muscle cells. check out chemical need. they are having a sale today
