I have never seen fake Galenika. But to answer your question I can say no I have never seen lot #s divided into two rows.
Those amps are lot #2390062 It means manufacturing date is july year 2002.

It's 250mg/ml of Testosterone Enanthate. But, because all the ICN's ampules are slightly overfilled, you easily get all 300mg per ampule, great deal, and it's human grade, definately not underdosed.
Can't wait till I get my hands on it

Yes, I always had 2.3-2.4ml from 2 ampoules in my syringe. Used the stuff in my last cycle and loved it!
