Not really unless you consider IGF Lr3 , it's relatively new to athletics, but it won't be anything spectacular compared to AAS.

there were several very potent and powerful steroids released as prosteroids and prohormones during that time but now they are gone.

there are literally thousands and thousands of steroids that will probably never be manufactured lost in medical research annals from the 50's till now

it takes about that long for cyp and enan to kick in, why don't you use those? am i misunderstanding what you're talking about?

i heard something about a decanoate (sp?) test coming out...

If it wasnt for legal issues, I'm sure actual scientists could design something specifically for body builders. Something very strong, and very safe. Genetically geared to only affect skeletal muscle and actually be good for joints too.
But that would be promoting all the cheating that we low life body builders and atheletes do to gain muscle right?

If they made such a drug and sold it, even if were expensive...they could easily balance the fucking budget
