New Routine Suggestion!!

Well i do all of them except pullups. I'm unable to do them no matter how hard i try

I went from doing 0 pullups to 20+ in a few months. Do pulldowns until you can get 3 pullups by your self, then do pull ups in sets of 3
 
I used to not be able to do a single pullup, you need to hit your back hard with lat pulldowns rows and all that good shit. Don't give up on pullups anyone who says they can't do pullups just has the wrong mindset. You can't do them... yet. That' it. Also learn how to kip into your pullups which will allow you to get more pullups out when you're getting muscle failure

Thanks bro for the motivation. I'll make sure i try to do pullups everytime i go to gym.
