Full Squat - 210lbs x 1 Rep raw, ass to the grass (pretty shitty, but for me, it's teh winnar!)
Bench - 200lbs x 1 Rep, raw/"bodybuilder" style

feeling pretty rejuvenated. w00t :supercool

edit: thx WalkingBeast, i did finally get it. a bit late, albiet, but still got it. very clean too :)

Good job bro! You are making quick gains, it seems. Keep up the good work.

Be careful about that bb style bench though. You don't have to arch and use leg drive, but you should tuck your elbows or you'll likely get a shoulder injury as the weight gets heavier.
 
i use a pretty close grip, about 24"-25" (i'm a pretty small guy - bones very narrow), so my arms are around 45 - 50 degrees. so it's not exactly flared out, but not tucked in either.

i've tried tucking my arms right into my sides to do a bench, but it's so weird, i don't think i'm doing it right
 
It is weird until you get used to it. Also, it has become much easier for me as my lats have gotten bigger. I think about driving them into my lats and using my lats to get the bar off my chest at the bottom, and that's helped.
