Full Squat - 210lbs x 1 Rep raw, ass to the grass (pretty shitty, but for me, it's teh winnar!)
Bench - 200lbs x 1 Rep, raw/"bodybuilder" style
feeling pretty rejuvenated. w00t
edit: thx WalkingBeast, i did finally get it. a bit late, albiet, but still got it. very clean too
