Was doing seated DB overhead presses. First, did 12 reps with the 70s. That in itself was a PR. Then 9 with 80s. Another PR. Now the big one, the one that I am proud of: 5 reps with the 90s!! Never even attempted anything heavier than the 80s before, and I wasn't even expecting to get more than 3, MAYBE 4.
