pulled 495 in deadlift totally raw, my only performance enhancers were sneakers, befcuase i usually lift in sandals. i pulled 405 and almost threw it, lol. 455 felt fine so i kind of tossed on the 495 and put a belt in front of me to mock me. then it was like whoa, i did it. sorry, felt i had to share, i am happy!
stats are 5'9" 190
 
You should be happy. Personally, I don't know how you resisted the urge not to throw on 2.5's and make it an even 500 though.
 
i think maybe next week i'll toss some two and a halfs on, lol. i think i did pretty good for my ripe young age, lol. makes me kind of curious to see what i can do with belt and straps and such
 
lately i have been destroying it. my squats today were unreal. i repped 4 sets x 8 reps of 295 like whoa. those guys in that competition should watch out, i think i am the youngest but coming up strong, lol
 
yeah, sometimes i think about things and type them and don't mean them to come out, lol. i didn't even realise that was there
