New Picture 8 days into dno run and 7 to go feeling bloated and small and weak.

what you're doing is fine bro - oils, cardio, etc, i'm just worried about you and dnp. DNP is a very dangerous chemical and it has taken many lives. I just can't imagine using it for pure vanity (like we all have it! ) and then dying from it..but then again we could all walk out into the street and get hit by a bus!

I gotta agree with gymrat I belive Clen gave me far worse sides than the DNP I am currently on did. With the right precautions and methods for DNP use and proper respect for the chemical, I dont see the problem. The sweats are annoying but barable unlike the inabilty to write in my expository composition class while on clen...That was ridiculous...sorry professors im on drugs. So far DNP is working well for me I'm on day 9. Can't wait till it ends and I see the water shed.

Bro you will not believe how much bf you have really lost untill that water comes off usually takes 5-7 days for me.the thing is that DNP is not a miracle drug like every1 is claiming.With the right amount of work and dedication the shit is hands down the most effective cutting agent I have ever seen in my life.Once you are done with this run and if you decide to do another one and know how it works on your body better I recomend you to do some cardio on the eliptical machine while siping on a gallon of water,bro it makes night and day difference in the amounts of fat you will shed.I am currently going balls to the wall on the cardio burning up to around 1200 calories in 2 splits of 600 cal each session.One in the am and another one at night.I am also currently drinking between 2-3 gallons of water daily possibli more I know I am drinking almost a full gallon on every cardio session wich is around 45 min long.I also notice that the longer your on it and the lower your bf becomes,the less effective it is and the less heat and sweating that your body produces.All in all I love the shit and will definetly keep it in my arsenal of productive training aids.
