Ok...here are some pics taken yesterday and just this morning.

I need a tan bad! lol!

I'm 210 pounds here at 5'8'' tall. I'm softer than I usually am but have put on a little mass in trade. Unfortunately I've looked better a few months ago but when the money runs out...so do the "supplements"!
I actually just finished a cycle last week but hope to get back on at the end of next week.

I was hoping to do a show late this year as a light-heavy but think I need to work on my shape and muscularity before I do so. The last time I competed I was a middle weight (took third) and was MUCH more shredded. You can see those pics in my other posts here.

OK...here are the wheels. Pic taken about 10 minutes ago. NOT my best body part but I've been squatting and pressing my butt off to get some size!

Also. have not had body fat checked in years (back then I was 185 and about 6 percent...very hard). I'd guess around 9 or maybe 10 percent? What do you guys think?
 
How do you live in Phoenix and need a tan?? Looking real good, saw other shots of you more shreaded, but i prefer the more natural look you have going now. Great size for your height!! Keep it up.. Here do you work out in Phoenix b/t/w??

Jaynsd, it's too hot to tan outside here! lol! Also, I used to work out at both World gyms here but the one near where I lived burned down and the other was too far from home. I'm not at a Fitness West...it's the only gym close to me.

For those that asked here are my stats:

5'8'' tall
210 pounds
19'' arms
32'' waist

Diet consists mainly of Tuna, Chicken, and potatos...I eat alot of carbs (that's what keeps me on the softer side). I'd like to get to about 215 and hard though.
 
Nice arm man looks good, but you might wanna work your chest more cause your arms are stealing the show :) , bring up the chest a bit and you look great........ :D
 
Still working on bringing the chest up. It looks even smaller because my delts are big and my biceps are 19'' (in know I shouldn't complain but I want a big chest TOO...lol!).
 
Great lat spread! It's nice to say another bb as PALE as I am. I finally bit the bullet and bought six months unlimited time at the local tan salon. I live in Southern California, but who has time to lie out in the sun?

Trying to get bigger but didn't work out yesterday because of what happened in NY and DC. Couldn't bring myself to do it...

When measured w/skin fold calipers, his bf% isn't under 10%. That's a fact. Under 10% the abs would be much more defined.

U are huge and musculature is very mature. You will be a god at 215 and cut and could probably walk on any stage and win ur division.
Tan would put u over the top.
BTW..great serratus and obliques!

I could see no reason for anyone to flame you....But lose the hat.

For the tan.... Get pro-tan spray.... someone had a link for it around here some where...

Hey Vasqulardad...thanks for the comments.

I mainly do seated Lat pulldowns for lats (to the chest), seated rows with close grip handle, and t-bar rows. Go heavy as possible without sacrificing reps. Also, I've been pretty lucky with genetics and my back so that has alot to do with it too.

Basskiller...lose the hat?? I don't get it. Also, I use pro tan for shows. To use it to just look tan everyday would be expensive and would look horrible. If you've ever done a show you know how that stuff comes off in the weeks after. You start to look like a burn victim. Not to mention it gets on EVERYTHING when you apply it. I just need to get into a tanning booth or the sun.

Also, it's funny that you say that about pro-tan..."You start to look like a burn victim." .... I am a burn victim.....I was electricuted years ago.... so I can relate!

what are your food amounts for the day?? I do 6/day and still find it hard to put on the mass.

Hey guys, thanks for the comments...

To answer some of the questions:

I'm 32 years old in late October.

For bi's I do a ton of sets. My arms have always responded well to abuse. 6 sets of straight bar curls, 6 sets of EZ curl bar sets, 4 sets of hammercurls (dumbells), 2 sets of very wide grip long bar curls (bending only at the elbows).

My diets consists mainly of chicken, tuna and potatos. I eat 6 times a day and eat a fair amount of carbs. When I get closer to the next show, I'll be cutting the carbs. Here's a pic from my last show taken back stage. (Sorry about the head being cut off...bad photog)
 
looking good overall....

No major problem areas, but a couple things that you might want to work on are :

Pecs - they are being overshadowed by your arms (especially biceps). Do a front double biceps pose and if the lower part of the pec disappears (i.e. there is no clear distinct line between where the ab muscles start and the lower pec ends) then that is a clear weakness. Judges will look for that.

Quads - definition is good but need a little more mass. Think heavy squats.

Shoulders/deltoids/traps - looking good.

Calves? - probably a weak area (they are for most....)

For most guys the upper abs become distinct at body fat percentages below 7-8%, and the lower come in at 5-6%. Sub 5% and you are a shredded freak.

Just wanted to say thanks for the feedback. So far you've given me the most helpful critique on my build. Correct about the calves. Bad genetics and laziness have taken it's toll.

You can see a pic of me shredded for a show I did (at 175 pounds) if you go back to your post and look about 2 or 3 posts above. I've got a another pic there. Take a look.
