LOL. I thought you meant, "attaching parts" cuz it looks like someone did that with the head.
 
How many cycles you done? How did you prepare for the show diet & roids etc. Did you carb load? I have never done a contest before but would like to in the near future.
You look great!
 
I do 30 min.Stepper (intervall) after Training 6 times a week.
My Diet is very simple.High protein 400-450gr.Before 4 weeks of comp.middle amount of carbs.The last 4 weeks 200-250gr carbs.
I do no special carb loading.Only 2 day´s before the show a little bit more, when i´m dehydrate.

You look amazing! Great small waist, and amazing definition in the quads. You look super dry in those photos -- any tips for shedding water weight to bring out definition?
 
3 days before the show, no salt.When competition is saturday,Wednesday and Thursday a lot of water (8-10 Liter).
On Friday only 2-3 liter.15 hours before you go on stage no water.When you warm up you can drink a little bit water.

I train since 13 years.
My stats( in cm) High 169 cm
Legs 72 cm
Arms 47 cm
Waist 75 cm
Off season 92-95 kg
Competition 85-88 kg

Well, if no one else is going to ask then I will. Serkan, what was your training routine and dieting like over the past few years? What training routine worked best for you during your first few years of serious training? What anabolics worked best for you (type, dosages, length of time etc.)? Did you change your training routine whilst on AS?

My best training routine the last years was; short training (not more than 1 houre),for big muscles like back and legs 8 heavy sets.For small ( biceps) 6 heavy sets.My training is very intense.I change every training the excercise.
The best Diat is for me when i eat high protein low carbs and a little bit of good fat acids.

I notice you dont train more than 1 hour, but do you train MORE than one bodypart per workout or strictly ONLY one bodypart per workout?

What split do you use for training? :D

Very small waist..and amazingly ripped ...I do belive (for the first time that some one has claimed to have 4-5% ) that you are at 4-5 % ...many have calaimed it few have backed it up with a photo!
What did you weigh ? I would guess between 170 -180???? If it is heavier sorry ...have none else to compair you to .

I train a bodypart one time a week.In off season i train 4 times a week.
My trainingsday look so: Mon: Back and Abs+ 30min Stepper
Tue:Legs
Wed:rest 30min bicycle
Thu:Chest,Biceps +30min Stepper
Fri:rest
Sat:Schoulder,Trizeps,Abs +30minStepp.
Sun:rest 30min bicycle
I change every training my exercise (not complete but a little bit)

Wow! Very impressive, in lbs. the 85 kg. = 187 lbs.
and according to the cm measurements you are just over 6' @ 4-5% body fat and app. 18 3/4 inch arms! Awesome! Hope to see more pics in the magazine soon!
 
Damn! Even in the off season, what seperation in the quads and calves! Just awesome! The hard work and diligent effort really shows there.

I won the german championships. Now i could get the pro card if i want, but i wait to have the quality and the mass to be a good pro.But mass with proportion and symmetrie, thats my goal and not the freaky way!
In October i compete the quali for the Word Championships.
