My best training routine the last years was; short training (not more than 1 houre),for big muscles like back and legs 8 heavy sets.For small ( biceps) 6 heavy sets.My training is very intense.I change every training the excercise.
The best Diat is for me when i eat high protein low carbs and a little bit of good fat acids.
 
What? Do you EVEN work out? Have you ever heard of doing squats or eating right???!?!? You call yourself a bodybuilder?? :)

I notice you dont train more than 1 hour, but do you train MORE than one bodypart per workout or strictly ONLY one bodypart per workout?

What split do you use for training? :D
