...no problem though, i am pretty sure that it is because i am not plat...

once i start making money here in next couple of months i am def going plat and stocking up on amp/flame.

Definitly going to be trying out some of these.
You should come out with an unflavored monohydrate though.. haha.. I toss it in my pre/post workout shakes, the lemon lime might add a weird flavor.

I agree with this. I always throw mine in my preworkout shake....lemon lime might not jive in there! LOL.

So with gear, would taking LBA's be unnecessary, or worthwhile?
Seems to me like taking Gear between meals and adding some LBA's into my shakes and things would provide a good constant source of quality protein.

Btw.. I think when I was switched over to plat I was booted from all my groups, lol. Anabolic Alliance was one of them.
